The Pipe Organ Encounter Education Program
If you are passionate about the pipe organ and want to learn more about its background and inner workings, Pipe Organ Encounters can provide you with the immersive educational experience you’re looking for.
Pipe Organ Counters is an outreach program offered by the AGO and open to teenagers and adults. Programs allow you the chance to connect with peers who share your interest in the pipe organ, while learning from experienced faculty and enjoying the opportunity to play amazing instruments and hear the pipe organ in person.

Pipe Organ Encounter Technical: July 9 – 14, 2017, Atlanta, Georgia
Pipe Organ Encounter Technical (POE Tech) is a program sponsored by the American Guild of Organists (AGO) and Associated Pipe Organ Builders of America (APOBA). Students ages 16 – 23 can learn the art and craftsmanship of organ building by seeing experience in woodworking, electrical skills and construction. Students will be able to visit and play a variety of pipe instruments.
