Join us for an intimate evening of Claudio Monteverdi’s vocal music, where passion and tenderness come alive through song.

Sopranos Wanda Yang Temko and Zorica Pavlovic share the spotlight, their voices intertwining so seamlessly that they are often indistinguishable. The program balances Monteverdi’s ornate, melismatic duets and solos with his most lyrical and heartfelt writing.

They are joined by Jacob Bitinas (viola da gamba), Charles Iner (theorbo), and Brian Bishop (harpsichord), who will also perform instrumental interludes from the same region and era. Special guest Brittany Salkill on traverso.
