Join our church family as Organist/Pianist for a 60-member congregation in the Blue Ridge Mountains of northern GA, close to Blue Ridge and Blairsville. The role includes approximately 4 hours on Sundays for a traditional liturgical Lutheran service, choir practice, and personal practice time, plus Wednesday weekday evening services during Lent and Advent, and occasional weddings or memorial services as arranged between the pastor and organist. You will be a key member of the Worship & Music Committee. Budget for this independent contractor role begins at $13,200. You will be provided with music for the hymnal, and service music, and given an allowance for other music to lead our congregation. We are installing a new Allen GX215 Digital Pipe Organ with Two Manuals, 40 Stops, and a Genisys Color Controller with Genisys Voices System this spring.
